Four vouchers for days out you plan yourself. The fields matter more than the wording: an experience with a date on it actually happens.

In the print dialogue, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to keep a copy.

How to use it

Fill in the plan, the date and what is included before you hand it over.
Add a back-up date so rescheduling is not awkward.
Print on the thickest paper your printer takes.
