Sticker reward chart

One behaviour, ten spaces, one reward. Charts fail when they track five things at once, so the sheet deliberately only has room for one.

In the print dialogue, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to keep a copy.

How to use it

  • Write one behaviour at the top, phrased as the thing you want to see.
  • Agree the reward before the first sticker goes on, and write it at the bottom.
  • Never remove a sticker that has been earned - it stops the chart working.
  • Print a fresh sheet each week so the reward always stays within reach.

Chart header to fill in

  • Name: ____________________
  • Week beginning: ____________________
  • We are working on: ____________________
  • Reward at ten stickers: ____________________

Sticker spaces

  • 1. ______ 2. ______ 3. ______ 4. ______ 5. ______
  • 6. ______ 7. ______ 8. ______ 9. ______ 10. ______

Draw or stick a sticker in each box. Ten completed means the reward is earned that day.

Behaviours that work well

  • Dressed before breakfast.
  • Teeth brushed without a reminder.
  • Shoes and bag ready the night before.
  • Ten minutes of reading.
  • Kind hands and kind words.

Rewards worth earning

  • Choosing the film, the dinner or the weekend walk.
  • An extra bedtime story.
  • A trip to the park, library or pool.
  • A small pocket-money purchase.
